Rhythmic Gymnastics
For girls aged 4.5 or above Level 1-12 Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport originated in Europe, combining ballet, contemporary dance and gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastics is performed bare-handed or with light apparatus including ball, rope, ribbon, hoop and clubs. With the natural and rhythmic characteristics and aesthetically adorned movements, gymnasts move with every joint of their body and build muscles evenly. Rhythmic Gymnastics shapes the physique and develops aesthetic taste in a gymnast.
Our Rhythmic Gymnastics Course
Our Rhythmic Gymnastics course includes basic physical training, gymnastics moves practices, stretching, apparatuses manipulation and moves in high difficulty as the same time senses in dance and music. Students can enroll leveled Rhythmic Gymnastics examinations set by Hong Kong Gymnastics Association (HKGA) and participate in formal competitions. Students with excellent performance can apply for the selection of Hong Kong Rhythmic Gymnastics Elite Team. Locations for Rhythmic Gymnastics: Kwun Tong (Main Campus), Tin Hau Campus, Ma On Shan, Tai Wan and Kwai Chung.
