Aerobic Gymnastics
For children aged 4.5 or above Level 1-12 
Aerobic Gymnastics is a combination of aerobics, movement patterns and moves of varying difficulties. In formal competitions, the games are divided into singles, mixed-double, and groups of 3, 5 or more. Gymnasts can performed with their preferred rhythmic music to show their own style. That makes Aerobic Gymnastics an energetic and artistic sport.
Our Aerobic Gymnastics Course
The course is designed by our professional coaches to be interesting and challenging at the same time. Students will practice under music in strong rhythm in various steps, moves and formations. They can also learn moves of various difficulty, formations and lifts under teacher’s supervision. Students can enroll for leveled Aerobic Gymnastics examinations set by Hong Kong Gymnastics Association (HKGA) and participate in formal competitions.
